Please get help: right now !! If you are having thoughts about killing yourself, get seen at the nearest emergency room now. Have a friend or relative drive you or call 911 for emergency services for transport. You can call the National suicide hotlines 24/7 at 1-800-suicide (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273 – talk (1-800-273-8255) for support.

Seek help: The fact you are asking this implies you or someone you know needs a serious mental health evaluation. Please seek care.

ER or 911: Trish, if you are asking questions about suicide you should seek help immediately. Please call a friend or relative or call 911, or go to the emergency room. A suicide hotline is an alternative. If you are being treated by a physician he/she should have a 24-hour answering service and I would encourage you to use this as well. Please keep up hope, suicidal thoughts always pass.
