Is it dangerous to open eyes while doing a ct scan? i accidentally opened my eyes.

No effect: While there is a total body radiation dose associated with a CT scan, there is no effect on this from opening and closing the eyelids. It is certainly not dangerous to you nor to the quality of the scan.
