I had a ct scan of head and eyes and am now scared i will get cataracts?

Cataracts are a normal endpoint to the aging eye so expect them with advancing age. The first stage of cataracts occurs when the lens stiffens and you need reading glasses for close work. A simple CT scan is not going to accelerate the process.

Undergoing a CAT scan does NOT cause cataracts, but sun exposure and aging both can do this, and most elderly adults do have some evidence of cataracts. Wearing sunglasses and/ or using eyeglasses with UV protection appears to mitigate the process.
