Can't say: You need testing done to see if what kind of heart damage you have. An echo and stress test are the minimum.

Possibly: You will need a full cardiac evaluation to ascertain that you have not caused damage tyo your heart: get a 24 hr Holter monitoring and an echocardiogram in addition to a heart examination.
