I had a maxillary cyst removed in august 2013 ever since then i've had blocked runny nose and sinus infection only on right side what do you think?

Where was cyst?: If the cyst was on the right side and you are still symptomatic, I would return to your surgeon and discuss the problem. Without seeing your nose and or a CAT scan of your sinuses, I can only suggest that your symptoms are consistent with chronic sinusitis.
