I had maxillary surgery back in august to remove a cyst and ever since that day i've had recurring sinus infection and blocked nose why could this be?

Recurrent postop inf: This is something you will need do discuss with your surgeon. There may be some obstruction to drainage of the sinus created from the anatomy left after your surgery. Your surgeon would know your anatomy best and can review your scans and operative reports and assist you.

Need to see ENT: It is not normal to get recurrent infections after sinus surgery. Need to be scoped in the office and cultured and see what's going on. May even need a ct scan of the sinuses.
