I have a lump on my neck just over my gland which is swollen aswell i have bad sinuses all the time but my shoulder is sore as well and im just worried someone told me it could just be a blockage and could be caused by my sinuses please help thank you?

Probably infection: Though infection is the most common reason for swollen glands in the neck, there are other, more serious conditions also. Please see your physician in order to be properly diagnosed.
