Vomiting: It depends on how much he is vomiting and if he is showing signs of dehydration. If the vomiting is persistent then yes. If he is not urinating, has no tears when he cries, he has a dry mouth, or when you pinch his skin it stays up in a tent then take him to the ER . Otherwise, you could wait until morning fir him to be seen.
