My baby is 3 months old, will be four months on friday. she is cold, clammy and sweating excessively. is this normal or should i take her to the er?

Hard to say: You don't give much to go on. A sweaty clammy baby may just be overdressed.Other issues? Change in feeding pattern, lethargy? disinterest in play? excessive sleepiness? If the kid has been normal all day & this is all, it may be nothing. If your "mommy" sense is tingling and you think there is something wrong, take her in, you won't sleep if you don't.
