ANY: If you believe your baby is sick enough that a trip to the ER is needed, just go. The fever in minor illness for a 5 month old can range from normal to 104+, and reflects the strong response baby is having to illness, it does not dictate how serious it is.Failing to feed, drink, play, respond to you are more predictive of serious illness.
