Hypothyroid?: I am assuming you need the levothyroxine because you are hypothyroid, otherwise that is pretty dangerous. Being physically active alone does not mean you will lose weight. You have to also reduce the number of calories consumed. There are many calculators online as well as fitness apps that can help you out. But remember it isnt the weight that matters its how much of that is fat vs muscle.
