It depends: Escitalopram (Lexapro) is an SSRI that is FDA-approved for depression and some types of anxiety. Sexual side effects are often a bothersome side effect, but these will often go away or lessen in severity with more time on the medication. Excessive sweating is not very common. Discuss the side effects with your physician for the best course of action.
