Ring your prescriber: To determine if there is a reason you should skip your Mirtazapine this evening, and try to establish criteria for when, if ever, your doc would have you skip ur Mirtazapine. It's difficult to say what ur pulse & BP numbers mean, as your targets are not listed. However, these numbers are not at all obviously abnormal. Give a call to ur doc if you think you should skip a prescribed med. Good luck!
