Not possible: Your hip and pelvis size is set at what is is going to be by age 20 (except for pregnancy). You cannot broaden your hips except to gain fat or muscle on them. If you want to strengthen your gluteal muscles go to You Tube and look up "Fitness Blender" videos for butt / thigh workouts!
