Not truly: Exercise usually does the opposite of widening. Bone structure can not truly be altered with exercise, but fat, muscle, and skin can be toned and sculpted with the appropriate exercises. Child birth can sometimes widen the hip/pelvic bones, purely from the act of child birth during a vaginal delivery.
