Most: If you were healthy otherwise before the hip replacement, and assuming the surgery went well, you can do most things you properly train for. I have hip replacement patients who have hike the appalachian trail, cycle competitively and swing dance 3 nights a week. The nfl, nhl, and nba may be out, though.
