No: Whether aromoatherapies have any major benefits is a topic for someone else to discuss, but they certainly do not cause--or help--learning disabilities. There is no suggestion that they have any impact on brain structure or function, and learning disabilities definitely result from parts of the brain not functioning as we would like them to.

Of course not: Aromatherapy doesn't really cause anything. You smell things every day of your life. Thousands of smells every day. None of them causes learning disability. People have been using nice smells to cover bad smells for thousands of years. Perfume, incense, etc all for millenia. Aromatherapy isn't really "therapy." It's an indulgence of the worried well. Works great if there's nothing wrong with you.

No: Aromatherpay cannot cause learning disabilites. However, some people are sensitive to smells which can cause them difficulty paying attention, cause headaches and be distracting.
