Hello, i have this biggish tumor scar on the middle upper part of my butt and even though nobody can see it right now i feel super insecure about it?

Procedure needed: Big tumor scar on buttock usually resulting from resection of tumor in buttock, usually not skin region. The majority of such lesions are sarcomas and in order to remove them ie liposarcoma a large incision is required. Fortunately this scar is not routinely noted unless specifically exposed.
