Melanoma, BCC or SCC: Basal cell or squamous cell carcinoma or melanoma, or a metastatic tumor of other origins? It might be something benign like an ingrown hair within a follicle, or there is an outside chance that the tumor resection margins were not 100% clear microscopically. It only takes one cancer cell to start replicating, and melanomas are notorious for travelling. Get it checked and perhaps biopsied ASAP.
