Difficult to say: It may be that you need to stretch more frequently. A good exercise routine is to 1) warm up, 2) stretch a little, 3) exercise, and 4) stretch a lot!! Make sure you are doing your good stretching when your muscles are warmed up and loose. If pain persists, see your doctor.
