Are these symptoms : new? If they are, head to your nearest ER now. If possible for a lower back scan and check pancreatic enzymes. Are stools dark or red? then the ER is pertinent. Decrease, limit or avoid excessive use of NSAIDS ( ibuprofen, motrin etc) these can cause internal ulcer..
