Specifics: "Something seems off' is not in any way descriptive enough for any valid medical interaction. Your doctor should have done blood work and had a thorough interview and exam to get to the bottom of such an ambiguous complaint as 'weak'. I would advise you return to see them to tell them life is not getting any better.
