Bacterial Vaginosis: It sounds like you may be suffering from bacterial vaginosis. It is not a sexually transmitted disease; but rather a change in vaginal bacteria (that are normal) that can occur with pH changes. These pH changes occur naturally during the menstrual cycle and can occasionally cause foul odor, discharge or pain. See your gyn for testing and treatment.
