Possible UTI: While there are a myriad of causes for low back pain, your location description, gender and arthralgias (joint pain) raise concern for an upper urinary tract infection even without typical urinary symptoms. I'd seek medical attention to include a possible urinalysis. While most causes for chronic low back are non-urgent, this hints at something of a more serious nature if untreated.
