Elbow pain: See your doctor. It sounds like tendinitis. You may get relief from a tennis elbow band. If not, see your doctor.

You need to: find out what is causing the pain before it can be treated. There are many causes of elbow pain. Golfing can be associated with Golfers Elbow aka medial epicondylitis. You shoulder consider seeing an orthopedic surgeon/sports medicine specialist to get evaluated.
