Be treated: There are a number of treatment options available. First and probably most important is to confirm that the diagnosis is correct as there are multiple potential causes of medial elbow pain in a baseball player. That being said, bracing, therapy, ultrasound, injections can all be used to try to treat the person nonoperatively. Making sure your warm up and mechanics are good is also important.
