Talk to your doctor: Your doctor will better know whether what you are experiencing is truly a side effect of your Lexapro (escitalopram) (for which they may suggest an alternative) or due to some other unrelated cause in which case you will be able to continue your Lexapro (escitalopram) unabated.

"Dangers of Waiting": Hi, When it comes to acne, you have to treat first, think later. Any delay or hesitation can create a worse problem as this force has a momentum to it that doesn't always resolve itself by hoping or waiting. My recommendation is to treat fast and furious with an expert, or on your own if you are confident you can tackle it immediately. It's the lag time that can harm you, -Dr. Neal
