Either by burning them with exercise and limiting your caloric intake. Example: Eliminate 500 calories from your diet daily and in 7 days, you should lose a pound, if otherwise you are healthy. Walking a mile burns about 100 calories. Do the Math

WEIGHT loss: If we really want to loss weight, our food should be small portion consisting of more fruits and veggie , plenty of fluids accompanied by exercise . Lossing 5 lbs can be done in one month. Good Luck !
