1.3 lbs: Assumptions 1 lb fat = 3600 cal daily caloric requirement 1600 cal. Calories in juice = 130 per glass. 5 glass/day = 650 cal/day 1600 cal/day minus 650 cal/day = 950 cal deficit per day. 950 cal/day x 5 days = 4750 cal total deficit. 4750 cal = 1.3 lbs this is why diet doesn't work well. Need lifestyle change with small caloric deficit each and every day.
