YES!: Tobacco use and Smoking or using marijuana will affect sperm. While there may not be a direct effect on sperm count or ability to ejaculate on the younger male, toxins from these drugs can have an effect on the genetics and eventual success of the baby. Note the rising rates of Autism? not proven from any specific cause yet but why tempt fate. If you plan on getting pregnant, live healthy!
