How can occasional drug/tobacco use harm the body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cummulative exposure: Even occational use sensitives the body to a drug which can lead to future dependence, esp during vulnerable times. You still are getting toxic exposure with can increase risk of cancer and some diseases. Drug use also keeps you in contact with bad dudes that may prey upon you at future dates.
