Generally Yes: The typical dose of Ptadolox is 75mg twice a day. This product is best known for prevention and reduction of Headache rather than treatment although some report that it helps with an acute headache. From limited description of your headaches, hard to say if you have Migraine which is what Petadolox is used for. If you have cluster headaches or Occipital Neuralgia other treatments might work.
