Something else: I would suggest that you and the prescriber seek other explanations before a trial off of topiramate.

See below: What you’re talking about are not commonly known or documented side effects from Topamax (topiramate). That said, if they clearly started after taking Topamax (topiramate), then contact your doctor to discuss your concerns, especially if the symptoms start to become more severe. Your doctor will want to develop a plan before the symptoms become intolerable, and if the plan is to stop Topamax (topiramate), you may need to do so slowly.
