Opiates: It is good you are concerned about your baby because the baby can have its own withdrawal problems post . Talk to your post delivery. Talk to your OB doc and whomever prescribed the opiate. You may need special counciling from a pain specialist. Basically you need a slow taper with lots of emotional/physical support.
