Keep an eye on it: It means that some of the tissue in your breasts are more dense and appear more "white" on the mammogram than normal fatty breast tissue. The tricky part of this is that those densities can hide actual cancers from being seen on the mammogram since they would appear similarly. You may need additional imaging like a breast MRI to make sure there is no cancer lurking behind that dense tissue.

Normal: This is ACR breast density category B. It is normal. You do not have "dense" breasts. You do not need any further studies based on this.
