Gram's stain: You had Gram's stain of material from where? Why? What are your symptoms? Generally Gram-positive bacilli are either Bacillus spp,, Clostridium spp., or Diphteroids, but other things are certainly possible. This does not, in and by itself, mean that you are infected. Need more info.
