Urinary infection: Bacteria usually originate from the bowel, vagina, or skin as normal flora of the host. Gram-positive organisms can include staphylococcus saprophyticus (causative organism in 5% to 15% of utis) and enterococcus faecalis it means urinary infection related to gram positive organism.
