Probably not!: A low fever from teething is possible, but have never heard of diarrhea from teething. Could very likely be a low grade flu or virus. I'd call your pediatrician and not guess with my baby's health. My opinion as a dentist of more than 30 years and a parent of 2 children.

No association : Teething and diarrhea are not usually associated. The common perception among pediatrician and pediatric dentists is that teething in babies may increased drooling, a slight rise in fever, but not diarrhea. If concerned ask your pediatrician for more information.
