See DDS, MD: Unless you have major infection or ANUG or primary Herpes, your teeth/mouth will typically not be the cause of a fever. More common for female is Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) . I would consult MD first to rule out infection -- may need bloodwork - before seeing DDS. Good Luck.

If infected: If teeth and/or gums are infected, the spreading infection can cause high fever. Please see your Dentist immediately. If dental/gum infection is ruled out, you live in a city with some of the best teaching hospitals in the world. It may be time to seek a second opinion.
