Assertive with love: First of all, make sure you have only healthy food at home. You are also normal in weight and eating a well balanced meal. You cannot be eating fast food and tell your daughter at the same time not to eat junk food. Be gentle with assertiveness. Good luck! Better now then have regrets.

Talk to her: Talk to her about healthy eating habits and portion control. Eating more vegetables that arent fried or in sauces can satisfy her without adding extra calories. Its also important to be aware of portion sizes, because of the obesity epidemic in the united states.
