A member asked:

What can cause numbness in hands and feet? i am having issues with this happening at least once a day.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many causes: Most common causes of numbness in the hands& feet (for all comers) is going to be diabetes mellitus. However, many other metabolic conditions can cause this condition as well as nutritional deficiences, demyelinating conditons of the brain/spinal cord, chemo/radiation therapy, excessive alcohol use, and as Sonny Bono used to say, "And the Beat Goes On." Check with your doctor for a full workup.
