400 iu not mg!: Check your multivitamin first, because chances are high that it has vitamin E 400 IU in it already, so you do not have to take it separately. Vitamin E is an antioxidant supposedly good for health. The D-tocopherol is the most active form of it, mixed tocopherols are sometimes recommended by others. Speak to your PCP first to get her/ his recommendation.
