Flonase+xlear+sinus wash has been helping a lot, but recently i've been experiencing congestion, could this be caused by the meds? suggestions?

Nasal congestion : You may still need an over the counter decongestant like pseudo ephedrine (sudafed), take one to two tablets every 6 hours as needed. Avoid Neosynephrine nasal spray as it may cause a rebound effect if used for more than 3 days at a time- that means your congestion will worsen. The nasal sprays you are using do not cause this effect.
