Nexium (esomeprazole) & Macrobid: Drug interaction checker revealed no interactions between these medications. However, that is not a guarantee that an interaction couldn't occur. Take care.

Yes: There were no interactions found in my E-Presribing database between Macrobid and Nexium (esomeprazole). There are several posts on line about possible side effects, but posts on side effects in a global market are numerous and need to be taken with the knowledge that these are NOT scientifically studied outcomes data. I have several patients who took the combo and did well. Best wishes.
