I take nexium (esomeprazole) 40mg twice daily can i take pepcid complete also? i'm still having acid with food coming up.

Don't combine them: If your symptoms are so severe you're considering doubling up on acid blockers, you need medical evaluation. Please see your physician asap. Please contact this physician for more individualized advice -- and you might consider a good probiotic and some Tums (calcium carbonate) in the meantime.
