Not likely: Stage 3 kidney disease does not usually cause pruritis. Do have it checked though as it may have got worse.

Maybe: Renal disease can contribute to various skin problems. Patients who are on dialysis are also at risk for the same problems. I recommend you see your doctor. You may need to be seen by a dermatologist.
