A 55-year-old female asked:

I have itchy skin on my arms at my elbos. sometimes a blister appears, others, just itching. i do havr stage 3 chronic kidney disease. is this related?

Not likely: Stage 3 kidney disease does not usually cause pruritis. Do have it checked though as it may have got worse.

Maybe: Renal disease can contribute to various skin problems. Patients who are on dialysis are also at risk for the same problems. I recommend you see your doctor. You may need to be seen by a dermatologist.
