What's the best treatment for strained retinaculum in both feet? i've had bilateral chronic pain for 2.5 years. specialists can't diagnose/treat this.

Other Diagnosis: Retinaculum is a band of tissue that holds tendons in place keeping them from popping out of place when in use. You may have either a problem with the underlying tendon, joint instability or bone bruise. Usually an MRI will better clear it up. If it truly is a problem with the retinaculum such as a tear, surgery to repair it would give you the best result.
