Codyloma: Condyloma Acuminata is considered an STD in adults. Most of the time, there isa history of sexual promiscuity, however NOT all cases. You will also need a full pelvic exam as many times genital warts are not always clearly visible in females on the outer genital region. You and partner will need to discuss how both of you would like to move forward. Best wishes.

Be concerned. : It is important for you to know that this is a sexually transmitted disease. If as a female you have had the HPV shot it is less likely you will express the virus. I would not have unprotected sex and would not have oral genital contact with him. What I would do is go see your doctor or his doctor together and get advice for treating this. See the doctor together.

Get treatment: He should get treatment. There are a number of topically applied agents. Cryotherapy can be used.. There is currently insufficient evidence of linkage to cause cervical cancer by the genital wart virus. Good luck.
