Blood in mouth: Blood in your mouth could have come from a number of different sources, including your gums, your nose, your lungs, and your stomach. Even biting your cheek or tongue accidentally while sleeping will cause bleeding. Is this a one time event or does it happen often? You should be examined by a physician and dentist to rule out all causes.
