Kidney tumor: Usually this is called angiomyolipoma, which is a benign tumor. It does not metastasize. There is no treatment necessary if small. If they are very large, may require treatment due to propensity to bleed. The ultrasound appearance is suggestive, not diagnostic. CT or MRI can confirm the diagnosis.
