Hyperechoic mass (lipoma) in left kidney is observed. what preventive measures are needed?? is it a type of benign tumour?? can it metastatize??

Kidney tumor: Usually this is called angiomyolipoma, which is a benign tumor. It does not metastasize. There is no treatment necessary if small. If they are very large, may require treatment due to propensity to bleed. The ultrasound appearance is suggestive, not diagnostic. CT or MRI can confirm the diagnosis.
